Lotaris are a Swiss tech company making very clever app payment software. When we started this project back in April 2012, the software worked great in all but one area: the product admin interfaces. They sucked. In fact, they were so complicated and fragmented even the client themselves struggled to use it. 

Our task was to completely re-architect this product interface to make them easy, intuitive and delightful to use. We first had to fully understand a complex technical product (no problem as we are biologically 70% geek), after this we modelled a series of user journeys that we refined until we were happy we had the simplest, most logical experience possible. 

We then wireframed these journeys in full before finally applying a lovely GUI design. The new interface is now at the heart of their award winning global payment product.
