Vodafone Global Enterprise (VGE) is dedicated to addressing the communications needs of multi-national companies. Its customers expect VGE to think differently and deliver innovation. So when it comes to the CEO presenting at VGE’S Global Customer Conferences in Madrid, Milan and London, a run-of-the-mill PowerPoint just doesn’t cut it.

VGE briefed Base One to create something with much more movement and drama than a flat PowerPoint for VGE’s CEO Jan Geldmacher. The brief came with high expectations – it needed to be a dynamic and innovative piece with impact throughout. The tricky bit though was that VGE wanted the presentation to be editable and said PowerPoint was the only option.

The outcome was a presentation with its core built in PowerPoint, embedded and enhanced with a number of short movie animations – and the result was impact and dynamism from start to finish.

Not only did we deliver a highly creative and engaging presentation, worthy of the CEO of VGE – but also the core PowerPoint content is fully editable and an animator (at short notice) can update the movie files.

This project is a great example of what can be achieved in PowerPoint when you go beyond the norm and use the full extent of its capabilities. VGE’s conferences have been hugely successful – with both Jan Geldmacher and Vodafone’s customers being delighted by the quality of the ‘production’.
